Одноэтажный дом на 4 человек для проживания и семейного отдыха в д.Зелёная поляна, через дом от отеля "Таганай". В шаговой доступности располагается санаторий "Юбелейный", магазины, аптека, озеро Банное, а также вся инфраструктура. Рядом горнолыжный центр.
1-й этаж: небольшая кухня, стол и 4 стула. Санузел совмещён с душем. Спальня с двуспальной кроватью (160х200), комод, туалетный стол с зеркалом, пуфик. Вторая комната с раскладным диваном, шкаф-купе с зеркалом, кресло и тумба.
В доме уютно, чисто и тепло. В летнее время доступен открытый бассейн с подогревом (80 м3). Идеальное место для семейного отдыха!
Бронирование по предоплате, сдаётся не менее чем на 2 суток. Стоимость проживания зависит от сезона, праздничных и выходных дней.
Заезд в 14-00, выезд в 12-00. Время выезда можно согласовать.
