Сдается уютный деревянный домик на Банном в ТСН «Шишма»
Бунгало расположено в лесу, рядом с ГЛЦ Металлург-Магнитогорск (5 минут прогулочным шагом). Расстояние до озера «Банное» 300 метров.
Вместимость домика до 6-ти человек. Есть детская кроватка до трёх лет (предоставляется по запросу).
В доме:
- Одна спальня, где находится двухспальная кровать, прикроватная тумба и комод.
- Просторная гостиная совмещённая с кухней, где расположено: 2 двухспальных дивана, телевизор Smart-TV (с установленным ютубом), обеденная зона.
- Совмещённый санузел
Свой отдельный дворик с мангальной зоной (выход с кухни).
Для Вас созданы все условия для комфортного проживания! Оборудованная кухня с техникой, посудой и утварью. Так же в доме есть стиральная машинка, сушилка для белья, фен.
На закрытой охраняемой территории есть парковка для авто и детская игровая площадка.
Возможно проживание с животными по согласованию.
