Мангальная зона с верандой и зоной для барбекю. В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания: кабельное tv, двуспальная кровать, двухуровневая кровать, кресло-кровать, холодильник, стиральная машинка, утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка, вентилятор, увлажнитель воздуха, постельное бельё, полотенца, посуда.
Рядом в 800-х метрах горнолыжный центр "Металлург - Магнитогорск" с горнолыжными и вело и мото трассами. На территории жк: парковка, детская площадка. Магазин продуктовый - 100м.
Отличное место для отдыха.
Проживание до 5 человек.
Сдаётся на 2 дня и более.
При заезде берётся залог 5 тысяч и возвращается после выселения при собюдении условий проживания. Курение в квартире запрещено. Заселение с животными запрещено.
